🇫🇮芬兰(Finland)🇺🇦乌克兰(Ukraine)FI-UA 芬兰(Finland) 前往 乌克兰(Ukraine) 签证要求
No visa needed. Finland is an EU member, so Finnish ordinary passport holders enter Ukraine visa-free for up to 90 days within any 180-day period for tourism. Note: Ukraine is under martial law, civilian airspace is closed, and entry is only by land from neighboring countries. As an EU citizen, a Finland ordinary passport holder needs no visa to enter Ukraine for short tourist stays. The visa-free allowance is 90 days within any rolling 180-day period, confirmed by Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and State Migration Service. There is no eVisa, ETA, or visa-on-arrival to arrange for short visits. Ukraine is NOT in the Schengen Area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to entering Ukraine (ETIAS concerns Ukrainians entering the EU, not the reverse). However, Ukraine remains under martial law due to the ongoing war: commercial airspace is closed, so all arrivals must come overland by train or car from Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, or Moldova. Border guards may scrutinize the purpose of the trip, and travelers should carry valid medical insurance, proof of funds (roughly EUR 60 per day), and documents confirming the trip's purpose. Curfews apply across the country and air-raid alerts are frequent. To stay beyond 90 days a foreigner needs a long-stay D visa and a temporary residence permit. Foreign ministries of EU states advise against travel to Ukraine; this guide describes entry rules only and is not a safety endorsement.
