🇫🇮芬兰(Finland)🇳🇬尼日利亚(Nigeria)FI-NG 芬兰(Finland) 前往 尼日利亚(Nigeria) 签证要求
Finnish passport holders need a visa for Nigeria. Since 1 May 2025, Nigeria has replaced visa-on-arrival with a mandatory online eVisa that must be obtained before travel. Apply for the Tourism eVisa (F5A) on the official NIS portal, which grants a single-entry stay of up to 30 days. A Finland (FI) ordinary passport holder traveling to Nigeria for tourism requires a visa. Nigeria is not in the Schengen area, so EU/ETIAS short-stay rules do not apply. Effective 1 May 2025 under the Nigeria Visa Policy 2025 (NVP 2025), the Nigeria Immigration Service phased out the Visa-on-Arrival program and introduced a fully online eVisa system covering most nationalities, including Finland. Finland is a non-ECOWAS country, so the ECOWAS visa exemption does not apply. Finnish tourists must apply online via the official NIS eVisa portal (evisa.immigration.gov.ng) before departure, paying the visa fee plus processing charges, and receive an approval by email (typically within 24-48 hours) that must be printed and presented on arrival, where an endorsement is placed in the passport. The relevant category is the Tourism Visa (F5A): single entry, valid 90 days from issuance, allowing a stay of up to 30 days, non-extendable. Required documents include a passport with at least six months validity, a passport photo, return/onward ticket, hotel reservation or host address, and proof of sufficient funds (a 180-day bank statement). Travelers should also complete the online landing/exit card. Because sources are consistent and the no-visa channel does not exist for Finnish nationals, the verdict is eVisa (visa required, obtained online).
