The relevant category is the Tourism Visa (F5A): single entry, valid 90 days from issuance, allowing a stay of up to 30 days, non-extendable. Required documents include a passport with at least six months validity, a passport photo, return/onward ticket, hotel reservation or host address, and proof of sufficient funds (a 180-day bank statement). Travelers should also complete the online landing/exit card.
