Do Finland passport holders need a visa to visit KH?
Finnish passport holders need a visa for Cambodia. The simplest option is the official eVisa (Tourist Type-T), applied online at evisa.gov.kh for US$30, valid for a single entry and a 30-day stay. Visa on arrival is also available at major airports and land borders. All air arrivals must also submit the free Cambodia e-Arrival Card within 7 days before arrival. Finland is not on Cambodia's visa-exemption list, so a Finnish (FI) ordinary passport holder must obtain a visa for a short tourist visit. The recommended route is the official electronic visa (eVisa, Tourist Type-T) at evisa.gov.kh, which costs US$30 (the fee was reduced from US$36 effective 1 January 2025), allows a single entry, and permits a maximum stay of 30 days. Processing typically takes about 3 business days. The eVisa is accepted at three international airports (Phnom Penh, Siem Reap-Angkor, Sihanoukville) and several major land borders. A visa on arrival (US$30) is also available at major entry points as an alternative. Separately, since 2024-2025 all travelers arriving by air must complete the free online Cambodia e-Arrival Card (immigration/health/customs declaration) within 7 days before arrival; this is not a visa. Passports should be valid for at least 6 months with a blank page, plus proof of onward travel. Cambodia is not in the Schengen area, so Schengen/ETIAS rules do not apply.
