Do Finland passport holders need a visa to visit JM?

Finnish passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourism in Jamaica. You can enter visa-free and stay up to 90 days. There is no visa fee, but every arriving traveler must complete the free online Electronic C5 immigration/customs declaration before arrival. Finland is on Jamaica's visa-exemption list, so an ordinary Finnish passport holder can travel to Jamaica for tourism without applying for any visa in advance. Entry is granted for up to 90 days, with the final length of stay decided by the immigration officer at the port of entry. There is no visa cost. The only mandatory administrative step is the Electronic C5 Passenger Declaration, which has been required for ALL arriving travelers since 1 September 2023; it is completed online at the official enterjamaica.gov.jm portal up to 30 days before travel and is completely free of charge. Travelers should beware of third-party sites that charge $50-$100 for the otherwise free C5 form. Beyond the C5, visitors must hold a passport valid for the duration of their stay, evidence of sufficient funds, and a return or onward ticket. Jamaica is NOT in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to this route.
