🇫🇮芬兰(Finland)🇮🇱以色列(Israel)FI-IL 芬兰(Finland) 前往 以色列(Israel) 签证要求
Finnish ordinary passport holders are visa-exempt for short tourist visits to Israel but, since 1 January 2025, must obtain an ETA-IL (Electronic Travel Authorization) online before travel. It costs ILS 25, allows multiple entries with stays of up to 90 days, and is valid for two years. Finland (FI) ordinary passport holders do not need a traditional visa to visit Israel for tourism. Finland is on Israel's visa-exemption list, permitting visits of up to 90 days for tourism or business. However, Israel launched a mandatory Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) program that became compulsory for all visa-exempt nationals, including Finns, from 1 January 2025. Travelers must apply online through the official Israel Population and Immigration Authority portal (israel-entry.piba.gov.il) before departure. The ETA-IL is electronically linked to the passport (no stamp or printout strictly required), costs ILS 25, permits multiple entries, and is valid for two years or until the passport expires, whichever comes first. Applications should be submitted at least 72 hours before travel. Israel is not in the Schengen area, so the EU Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to entry into Israel; the 90-day limit here is set by Israeli immigration. Final admission and length of stay are always determined by the Israeli border officer.
