🇫🇮芬兰(Finland)🇧🇾白俄罗斯(Belarus)FI-BY 芬兰(Finland) 前往 白俄罗斯(Belarus) 签证要求
Finnish ordinary passport holders can enter Belarus visa-free for tourism, up to 30 days per visit (max 90 days per calendar year), under Belarus's regime for 38 European states now extended through 31 December 2026. As of 31 May 2026, Finland is one of 38 European countries whose ordinary passport holders may enter Belarus without a visa for short stays. By a decree of the President of Belarus, this visa-free regime has been extended through 31 December 2026. Finnish citizens may stay up to 30 days per single visit (the longer 90-day-per-entry allowance applies only to Poland, Lithuania and Latvia), with a hard cap of 90 days total within any calendar year. Entry is permitted at all international road and rail border crossings and at Minsk National Airport and other international airports. No visa or pre-registration is required to board or cross the border, but travelers must carry a valid passport and valid medical insurance covering Belarus (minimum EUR 10,000 of cover), proof of sufficient funds, and, if driving, vehicle insurance (Green Card / local). Travelers staying longer than a short period must register their place of stay with the local citizenship and migration authority within 10 days (hotels register guests automatically). The visa-free channel cannot be used for work, study, residence or permanent immigration; those purposes require a proper visa. A separate 30-day single-entry e-visa (about EUR 35) also exists as an alternative but is not needed for ordinary Finnish tourists. Note that this is Belarus entry policy and is independent of EU/Schengen rules; Belarus is not in the Schengen area or the EU, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to entering Belarus.
