Do Finland passport holders need a visa to visit BW?

Finnish ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for short tourist visits to Botswana. As an EU member state, Finland is on Botswana's visa-exempt list and travelers receive a free entry stamp on arrival valid for up to 90 days within a 12-month period. Botswana grants visa-free entry to citizens of all European Union member states, including Finland. A Finnish national arriving for tourism is issued a free short-stay entry stamp at the port of entry (international airports such as Gaborone Sir Seretse Khama and Kasane, or land borders) permitting a stay of up to 90 days within a 365-day period. Travelers must carry a passport valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry with at least two blank facing pages, and may be asked to show proof of onward/return travel and sufficient funds. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required only if arriving from or transiting a yellow-fever-endemic country (not the case for direct travel from Finland). Botswana is not in the Schengen area; the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to entering Botswana.
