Syria's eVisa portal (evisa.sy) is announced but not yet operational, so it cannot be relied upon. Passports must be valid at least six months. A critical hard rule remains in force: any evidence of travel to Israel (stamps or visas) or Israeli nationality results in denial of entry. Syria is not part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS are irrelevant here.
