🇪🇸西班牙(Spain)🇸🇴索马里(Somalia)ES-SO 西班牙(Spain) 前往 索马里(Somalia) 签证要求
Spanish passport holders need a Somalia eVisa (eTAS) obtained online before travel. There is no visa-free or visa-on-arrival channel for Spanish citizens, and the eTAS has been mandatory for all foreign visitors since 1 September 2025. A Spain (ES) ordinary passport holder traveling to Somalia for tourism or a short visit must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTAS), Somalia's official eVisa, before departure. Since 1 September 2025, the Federal Government of Somalia requires every foreign visitor, including infants, to hold an approved eTAS prior to boarding. Spain is not on Somalia's short visa-free list (only Rwanda and Malaysia enter visa-free) and does not qualify for visa on arrival, so the eVisa is the applicable channel. The application is filed online via the official portal (etas.gov.so / evisa.gov.so) operated by the Immigration and Citizenship Agency. Applicants complete a digital form, upload a passport biodata page (valid at least 6 months beyond arrival with a blank page) and a photo or selfie, and pay the fee online by card. A tourist eTAS is typically issued as a single-entry permit allowing a stay of up to 30 days, with the authorization valid for entry within roughly 90 days of issue. A sponsor/reference code issued by the Immigration Agency to vetted hosts or businesses is commonly required to complete the application, so travelers should arrange this with their host or operator. Processing usually takes several business days; applying 4-6 weeks ahead is advised. Note that Somalia is not in the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply. Important context: most governments, including Spain's foreign ministry, advise against all or all-but-essential travel to large parts of Somalia for security reasons, which travelers should weigh independently of visa eligibility.
