🇪🇸西班牙(Spain)🇷🇴罗马尼亚(Romania)ES-RO 西班牙(Spain) 前往 罗马尼亚(Romania) 签证要求
No visa. Spain and Romania are both EU member states, so Spanish citizens enjoy full EU freedom of movement and may enter Romania with just a valid national ID card or passport. Romania became a full Schengen member on 1 January 2025. A Spanish ordinary passport holder needs no visa to visit Romania for tourism or any short stay. Both countries are members of the European Union, so the visit is governed by EU freedom of movement rather than third-country visa rules. A Spanish citizen may enter and stay in Romania with either a valid Spanish national identity card (DNI) or a valid passport; neither needs to be stamped. As an EU citizen exercising free movement, there is no 90/180-day Schengen short-stay cap and no fixed limit on tourist visits; stays beyond 90 days simply trigger a light registration requirement for residence, not a visa. Romania entered the Schengen Area for air and sea borders on 31 March 2024 and became a full Schengen member (land borders included) on 1 January 2025, so internal border checks between Spain and Romania are normally absent, though travel documents must still be carried and presented on request. The EU/non-EU ETIAS travel authorisation does NOT apply to EU citizens such as Spaniards. Travelers should carry a valid ID card or passport, and a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC/TSE) is recommended for healthcare access.
