🇪🇸西班牙(Spain)🇵🇪秘鲁(Peru)ES-PE 西班牙(Spain) 前往 秘鲁(Peru) 签证要求
Spanish (ES) ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourism in Peru. You enter visa-free; immigration grants tourist stays of up to 90 days, extendable, capped at 183 cumulative days within any 365-day period. Peru is in South America, not the Schengen area, so ETIAS does not apply. Spain is on Peru's visa-exemption list, so Spanish ordinary-passport tourists enter Peru without any visa, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival. At the border, the Superintendencia Nacional de Migraciones records entry electronically via the Tarjeta Andina de Migracion (TAM) - physical passport stamps were phased out for air travelers. Immigration typically authorizes a tourist stay of up to 90 days, which can be extended once; total tourist permanence is capped at 183 cumulative (not necessarily consecutive) days within a rolling 365-day period. The passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of entry. Travelers should carry proof of onward/return travel and may be asked about accommodation and sufficient funds. Overstaying triggers a daily fine (around S/ 5 per day in 2025) and can lead to re-entry bans. Peru is not part of the Schengen area; the EU's ETIAS scheme is irrelevant for travel TO Peru (it applies only to non-EU nationals entering the Schengen zone). The verdict is clearly visa-free for a short tourist visit.
