🇪🇸西班牙(Spain)🇲🇱马里(Mali)ES-ML 西班牙(Spain) 前往 马里(Mali) 签证要求
Spanish (ES) ordinary passport holders need a visa to enter Mali. There is no eVisa and no visa-on-arrival: the visa must be obtained in advance, in person, at a Malian Embassy or Consulate. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is also mandatory. A Spain ordinary passport holder traveling to Mali for tourism must obtain a consular (sticker) visa before departure. Mali is not in the Schengen area and Spain is not on Mali's visa-exempt list (which is limited mainly to ECOWAS/West African states plus a few others such as Algeria, Morocco, Mauritania, Tunisia, Hong Kong, Macao and the UAE). The Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (exteriores.gob.es) confirms explicitly that a visa is required, that Mali does NOT issue visas at the border to foreigners, and that the visa must be requested in person at the Malian Embassy or Consulate covering the applicant's place of residence. Visa-on-arrival is currently available only to Rwandan nationals, and Mali does not operate an official eVisa platform. A short-stay (90-day) single- or multiple-entry visa is the standard tourist option. A passport valid at least six months with a blank page and proof of yellow fever vaccination are required. Note: Mali is under a strong Spanish government travel warning due to terrorism risk, and travel is officially discouraged. (As of January 2026 Mali suspended visa issuance to U.S. citizens, but this does not affect Spanish nationals.)
