🇪🇸西班牙(Spain)🇲🇩摩尔多瓦(Moldova)ES-MD 西班牙(Spain) 前往 摩尔多瓦(Moldova) 签证要求
Spanish ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for Moldova. They may enter visa-free for up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period for tourism or short visits. Moldova is not in the Schengen area, so ETIAS does not apply to entering Moldova. As an EU member state, Spain's citizens enjoy visa-free entry to the Republic of Moldova for short stays. The Moldovan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the official e-Visa portal list EU nationals (including Spain) among those exempt from visa requirements. The permitted stay is up to 90 days within any 180-day period, calculated on a rolling basis. Moldova accepts a valid passport or, for EU citizens, a machine-readable national identity card. The travel document must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended departure date. Visa-free entry covers tourism, family visits, and business meetings, but not paid employment or activities requiring a work/residence permit. Important: Moldova is NOT part of the Schengen Area, so the EU's ETIAS travel authorization does not apply to entering Moldova, and time spent in Moldova does not count against the Schengen 90/180 allowance. Travelers may be asked at the border to show proof of sufficient funds, onward/return travel, and accommodation. For stays beyond 90 days, a residence permit must be obtained from the Bureau for Migration and Asylum in Chisinau before the visa-free period expires. No verdict-changing rule changes were identified for 2024-2026; the visa-free regime for EU citizens remains in force as of the verification date.
