No. Spanish ordinary passport holders do not need a visa to visit Morocco for tourism and may stay up to 90 days per entry. Spain has a visa-waiver arrangement with Morocco, so holders of an ordinary Spanish passport can travel to Morocco for tourism, family visits or short business without obtaining a visa in advance. On arrival, the border police stamp the passport and grant a stay of up to 90 days. Morocco is NOT part of the Schengen Area (it is in North Africa), so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to a trip into Morocco. Morocco has been rolling out an electronic travel authorization (AEVM) for some visa-exempt nationalities, but as of 2026-06-02 Spanish (EU) citizens are not subject to AEVM for ordinary tourist travel and continue to enter visa-free with just a valid passport.
