🇪🇸西班牙(Spain)🇱🇦老挝(Laos)ES-LA 西班牙(Spain) 前往 老挝(Laos) 签证要求
Spanish passport holders need a visa for Laos. The simplest option for tourism is the official Lao eVisa (laoevisa.gov.la), a single-entry visa allowing a 30-day stay for about USD 50, issued in roughly 3 working days. Visa on arrival is also available at major airports and land borders. A Spain (ES) ordinary passport holder requires a visa to enter Laos for tourism; there is no current permanent visa-free arrangement. A temporary visa-free exemption that included Spain ran only from 1 July to 31 December 2024 and has since expired. Today the recommended route is the official Lao eVisa, applied for online at laoevisa.gov.la before travel. It is a single-entry tourist visa permitting a stay of up to 30 days, costs around USD 50, and is normally issued within 3 working days; applicants are advised to apply at least 7 days ahead. The eVisa is valid for entry within 60 days of issue and must be used at one of the designated entry points (Wattay/Vientiane, Luang Prabang and Pakse international airports, the Lao-Thai Friendship Bridges I, II and IV, Boten checkpoint and railway station, and Khamsavath railway station). Alternatively, Spanish citizens may obtain a 30-day visa on arrival at major international airports and several land crossings by completing forms and paying the fee in cash on entry. The tourist stay can typically be extended at immigration offices in Vientiane, Luang Prabang or Pakse. Passport must be valid at least 6 months from the date of entry with at least one blank page. Laos is not in the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply.
