西班牙(Spain) 前往 古巴(Cuba) 签证要求

Spanish ordinary passport holders need a Cuba eVisa (single-entry electronic visa) for tourism. Since 1 July 2025 the eVisa has replaced the old paper tourist card (tarjeta turistica) for nearly all travelers. Apply online before departure, then complete the mandatory D'Viajeros form (which generates a QR code) within 7 days of arrival. A return ticket and travel medical insurance are also required. Cuba is not part of the Schengen area, so EU free-movement and the 90/180 short-stay rule do not apply, and ETIAS is irrelevant for this route. The Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs is explicit: "Cuba exige visado a los nacionales espanoles" (Cuba requires a visa of Spanish nationals). Historically Spanish tourists used the green tourist card (tarjeta turistica), but Cuba's Ministry of Tourism launched a digital eVisa via the eVisaCuba portal and made it mandatory for almost all foreign visitors from 1 July 2025, ending the paper tourist-card regime on 30 June 2025. The eVisa is a single-entry authorization permitting a tourist stay of up to 90 days, extendable once in-country for a further 90 days (180 days total). In addition to the eVisa, every traveler must complete the free online D'Viajeros health/customs/immigration declaration within 7 days before arrival; this produces a QR code that effectively activates the eVisa and must be shown at the border. Travelers must also carry a passport valid for at least 6 months, proof of travel medical insurance, and a return or onward ticket. Note a US-specific consequence: anyone who has visited Cuba on or after 12 January 2021 loses ESTA eligibility and must obtain a US visa for any later trip to the United States. Given the official Spanish-government confirmation and Cuba's own eVisa rollout, the correct verdict for a short Spanish tourist visit is "evisa".
