🇪🇸西班牙(Spain)🇧🇾白俄罗斯(Belarus)ES-BY 西班牙(Spain) 前往 白俄罗斯(Belarus) 签证要求
Spanish ordinary passport holders can travel to Belarus visa-free for up to 30 days per entry for tourism. This is under Belarus's unilateral visa-free regime for 38 European countries, currently extended through 31 December 2026. Total visa-free stay must not exceed 90 days within a calendar year. As of June 2026, citizens of Spain holding an ordinary passport do not need a visa to visit Belarus for short tourist stays. Belarus operates a unilateral visa-free program (originally introduced in 2017 for airport entry, then broadly expanded in July 2024 and extended through 31 December 2026) covering 38 European states including Spain. Eligible travelers may enter via all international airports as well as road and rail border crossings, and stay up to 30 days from the date of entry. The cumulative visa-free stay is capped at 90 days within a single calendar year, and the program can be used an unlimited number of times until the end of 2026. To qualify, travelers must hold a valid ordinary passport (valid at least 90 days beyond the intended departure date), carry medical insurance valid in Belarus with coverage of at least EUR 10,000, and be able to show financial means of roughly 2 base rates per day (about EUR 25/day equivalent). Important limitation: visa-free movement does NOT apply to people arriving in Belarus on a flight from Russia or intending to fly onward to a Russian airport, because Belarus-Russia air routes are treated as internal flights without border control. Stays exceeding 10 working days require registration with local migration authorities. This is a one-way (unilateral) Belarusian policy and is not a mutual waiver; Belarusian citizens still need a Schengen visa for Spain. Belarus is NOT in the Schengen area, so the 90/180 Schengen rule and ETIAS do not apply.
