🇪🇸西班牙(Spain)🇦🇱阿尔巴尼亚(Albania)ES-AL 西班牙(Spain) 前往 阿尔巴尼亚(Albania) 签证要求
Spanish ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa to visit Albania for tourism. You can enter visa-free and stay up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Albania grants visa-free entry to citizens of all EU/EEA member states, including Spain, for short stays. A Spanish ordinary passport holder may enter Albania for tourism, business, or transit and remain for up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period without obtaining any visa, eVisa, or pre-travel authorization. Albania is NOT a member of the Schengen Area, so the EU ETIAS system does not apply to trips to Albania (ETIAS only covers Schengen states). However, Albania applies its own 90/180-day short-stay rule that mirrors Schengen logic, and time spent in Albania is counted separately from time spent in the Schengen zone. The passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended departure date and issued within the previous 10 years. EU nationals may also enter using a valid national ID card. No entry/exit stamp obligations exist beyond standard border control, but travelers should track their own 90-day allowance. The legal basis is Albanian Law No. 79/2021 'On Foreigners' and Council of Ministers Decision No. 858 of 29.12.2021. Stays beyond 90 days require a long-stay Type 'D' visa and a residence permit applied for through Albanian authorities.
