🇪🇬埃及(Egypt)🇲🇱马里(Mali)EG-ML 埃及(Egypt) 前往 马里(Mali) 签证要求
Egyptian ordinary passport holders need a visa to enter Mali for tourism. Egypt has no visa-waiver agreement with Mali, so a visa must be obtained before travel. Since 2025, applications start on Mali's official digital portal (diplomatiemdc.gouv.ml), which routes you to the assigned Malian embassy/consulate, where the fee is paid and the visa/entry authorization is finalized. Mali is not in the Schengen area and grants visa-free entry only to ECOWAS members and a short list of countries (e.g., Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Mauritania, UAE) — Egypt is not among them, so an Egyptian ordinary passport holder must obtain a visa before traveling for tourism. In 2025 Mali's Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched a secure digital portal (diplomatiemdc.gouv.ml) that begins the application online and assigns each applicant to the nearest Malian diplomatic mission based on nationality/residence; the fee is then paid by bank transfer to that mission, which issues the visa or an "Autorisation d'entrée." Because the process still depends on embassy/consulate handling and payment rather than a fully automated online issuance, this guide treats it conservatively as a visa-required (consular) process. A typical single-entry tourist visa is valid 90 days, allows a stay of up to 30-90 days, and costs roughly USD 80-100 plus service fees, with processing usually within about five working days (allow up to two weeks). Mandatory yellow fever vaccination applies, and a passport valid 6+ months with two blank pages is required. Travelers should also note a serious security situation: most governments advise against all travel to Mali due to terrorism and kidnapping risk.
