🇪🇬埃及(Egypt)🇧🇮布隆迪(Burundi)EG-BI 埃及(Egypt) 前往 布隆迪(Burundi) 签证要求
Egyptian passport holders need a visa to enter Burundi. The recommended route is the official online eVisa (Commissariat Général des Migrations), which costs USD 90 for a one-month stay. A visa on arrival is also available but now requires completing the entry visa application and obtaining a validation certificate before travel. Egypt is not on Burundi's visa-exempt list (which covers only the East African Community partner states: DR Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda), so an ordinary Egyptian passport holder requires a visa for tourism. Burundi runs an official electronic visa system through the Commissariat Général des Migrations (migration.gov.bi). The standard short-stay product is a one-month visa costing USD 90, valid for single or multiple entries. Applicants complete the online form, upload a passport bio-page, photo and supporting documents, and pay in USD or EUR; processing typically takes a few business days. A visa on arrival at Bujumbura (Melchior Ndadaye) International Airport and land borders remains possible for the same USD 90 fee, but travelers must now complete the airport entry visa application online and obtain a validation/authorisation certificate before boarding, which makes the pre-arrival eVisa the cleaner, more reliable choice. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for entry, and the passport must be valid for at least six months from arrival with at least one to two blank pages.
