🇩🇪德国(Germany)🇬🇶赤道几内亚(Equatorial Guinea)DE-GQ 德国(Germany) 前往 赤道几内亚(Equatorial Guinea) 签证要求
German passport holders need an eVisa to visit Equatorial Guinea for tourism. Apply online before travel via the official government portal; Germany is not on the visa-exempt list and there is no visa-on-arrival. As of 30 May 2026, German ordinary passport holders require a visa to enter Equatorial Guinea for tourism or short visits. Germany is not among the small group of visa-exempt nationalities (which is limited to Barbados, Tunisia, Turkey, the UAE and CEMAC member states). Since 1 July 2023, Equatorial Guinea operates an electronic visa (eVisa) system that has become the standard channel for most foreign travelers. Applicants register on the official government portal (evisa.guineaecuatorial.gob.gq), upload supporting documents, pay a fee of approximately USD 75, and typically receive approval within 24-72 hours (allow up to about 10 business days to be safe). The eVisa is generally issued as a single-entry, 30-day short-stay visa, and holders must enter via Malabo International Airport. A printed approval must be presented to board the flight and on arrival. A passport valid for at least six months, proof of accommodation (hotel reservation), proof of sufficient funds, and a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate are required. A traditional paper visa remains available through the Equatorial Guinea Embassy in Berlin (fee around EUR 100, processing 2-5 working days, apply at least 15 days before departure), which is useful for those entering by other airports or who prefer a consular visa. Equatorial Guinea is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Travelers should apply only through the official portal to avoid third-party sites that add service fees.
