🇨🇳中国(China)🇸🇴索马里(Somalia)CN-SO 中国(China) 前往 索马里(Somalia) 签证要求
Chinese ordinary passport holders need a visa for Somalia and must apply online for the mandatory eVisa (eTAS) before departure. China has no visa-free or visa-on-arrival access. As of 30 May 2026, holders of an ordinary Chinese (CN) passport require a visa to enter Somalia (SO). Since 1 September 2025, the Federal Government of Somalia has operated a mandatory Electronic Visa and Travel Authorisation System (eVisa / eTAS) that all foreign visitors must obtain online before travelling to federally controlled entry points such as Aden Adde (Mogadishu) International Airport. China is not among the small list of visa-exempt nationalities (only Rwanda and Malaysia are visa-free) nor among the roughly 11 African countries eligible for visa on arrival, so a Chinese tourist must apply through the official portal in advance. The standard tourist eVisa is single-entry, allows a stay of up to 30 days, is valid for entry within about 90 days of issue, and costs around USD 60-65. Tourists who are not of Somali origin must select a registered Sponsor Organisation during the online application and supply a sponsor/guarantee letter (Warqad Dammaanad), plus a confirmed hotel booking and proof of onward travel. Note that Somaliland operates a completely separate visa regime and a Somalia eVisa is not valid there. Somalia carries severe travel warnings from most governments due to terrorism, kidnapping and armed conflict; this guide addresses entry documentation only, not safety.
