🇨🇳中国(China)🇱🇾利比亚(Libya)CN-LY 中国(China) 前往 利比亚(Libya) 签证要求
Chinese ordinary passport holders need a visa for Libya. Since 21 March 2024 Libya operates an official tourist eVisa (evisa.gov.ly): single entry, USD 63, valid 90 days, stay up to 30 days. A registered Libyan tour operator or local sponsor with a certified letter of invitation is mandatory; independent tourism is not permitted. As of 30 May 2026, China is not on Libya's visa-exemption list, so a Chinese ordinary passport holder must obtain a visa before travel. Libya launched a centralized eVisa platform (evisa.gov.ly) on 21 March 2024, replacing the older embassy-only paper process for most tourist applicants. The tourist eVisa is single entry, costs USD 63, is valid for 90 days from issue, and permits a stay of up to 30 days. Crucially, Libya requires every foreign tourist to be sponsored by a licensed Libyan tour operator or local sponsor who supplies a letter of invitation certified by the Passports & Nationality Authority; independent (unsponsored) tourist travel is generally not allowed. China is eligible for the eVisa (it is not among the excluded nationalities such as Israel, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Iraq, Egypt, Morocco). There is no visa-on-arrival and airlines will deny boarding without an approved visa. Travelers should also note serious safety advisories: most governments advise against all travel to Libya, and the security situation should be checked before booking. Sources are broadly consistent on the eVisa channel, fee, and sponsor requirement; one travel-blog source still describes an embassy-only process, but the official portal and the majority of current sources confirm the eVisa, so eVisa is the best-fit verdict.
