China is eligible for the eVisa (it is not among the excluded nationalities such as Israel, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Iraq, Egypt, Morocco). There is no visa-on-arrival and airlines will deny boarding without an approved visa. Travelers should also note serious safety advisories: most governments advise against all travel to Libya, and the security situation should be checked before booking.
