🇧🇷巴西(Brazil)🇸🇰斯洛伐克(Slovakia)BR-SK 巴西(Brazil) 前往 斯洛伐克(Slovakia) 签证要求
No. Brazilian ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourism in Slovakia. Slovakia is in the Schengen Area, and Brazil has a visa-waiver agreement with the EU allowing stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period. As of 31 May 2026, ETIAS is not yet operational (expected late 2026 at the earliest), so no pre-travel authorization is required right now. Slovakia is a full member of the Schengen Area, and Brazil benefits from the EU short-stay visa-waiver. Holders of an ordinary Brazilian passport may enter Slovakia and the rest of the Schengen Area visa-free for tourism, business, or visiting family/friends for up to 90 days in any rolling 180-day period. The passport must be valid for at least three months beyond the planned departure and have been issued within the previous 10 years. The 90-day allowance is shared across ALL Schengen countries combined, not per country. The visa waiver does not permit paid work. A new pre-travel authorization, ETIAS (approximately EUR 7, valid up to 3 years), will eventually be required for visa-exempt nationals including Brazilians; however, the EU has confirmed ETIAS will not begin before late 2026 and includes a transition period, so it is NOT required as of 31 May 2026. Travelers should still carry proof of onward/return travel, accommodation, sufficient funds, and travel insurance, as border officers may request them.
