🇧🇷巴西(Brazil)🇱🇾利比亚(Libya)BR-LY 巴西(Brazil) 前往 利比亚(Libya) 签证要求
Brazilian ordinary passport holders need a visa for Libya. The most accessible route is the Libya eVisa (launched 21 March 2024), available online to most nationalities including Brazil. Crucially, an eVisa is granted only with a Libyan tour operator or local sponsor and a Letter of Invitation; independent travel is not permitted. There is no visa-free or standard visa-on-arrival channel for Brazilian citizens entering Libya. Brazil is not among the small group of nationalities granted visa-on-arrival, nor is it on Libya's eVisa ineligible list (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Morocco, Pakistan, Sudan, Syria, Yemen), so Brazilians can apply through the official eVisa portal at evisa.gov.ly. The tourist eVisa is single-entry, valid 90 days from issue, and permits a stay of up to 30 days, at a fee of USD 63. However, Libya requires every applicant to be backed by a registered Libyan tour operator or a local sponsor who provides a Letter of Invitation and a security/approval letter from the Libyan Immigration Authority; the eVisa will not be issued without it, and the sponsor must meet the traveller at the airport. On arrival, tourists must show at least 1,000 Libyan Dinars (unless on a prepaid tour package). Note: Libya remains a high-risk destination and many governments advise against all travel there; security conditions can affect entry and flight availability. Always reconfirm with the official portal and your sponsor before travelling.
