Brazilian ordinary passport holders need a visa to enter Kuwait for tourism. A limited eVisa pathway exists only for Brazilians who already hold a valid US, Schengen Area, UK or GCC visa or residence permit. Sources are mixed: most authoritative trackers (Wikipedia's reproduction of the official eligible list, Sherpa, embassies.net) exclude Brazil from eVisa/VoA, while some commercial visa resellers claim Brazil is eligible. Following a conservative reading and the official eligible-country list, the correct verdict for a Brazilian ordinary passport is visa-required. Note that Kuwait periodically suspends or revises tourist/visit visa issuance while migrating entry systems, so applicants should confirm current status before booking. Passport must be valid at least 6 months; onward/return ticket, hotel booking and proof of funds are expected.
