🇧🇷巴西(Brazil)🇧🇾白俄罗斯(Belarus)BR-BY 巴西(Brazil) 前往 白俄罗斯(Belarus) 签证要求
No visa is required. Brazilian ordinary passport holders can enter Belarus visa-free for tourism or short visits for up to 90 days under a bilateral visa-free agreement in force since 25 November 2016. Brazil and Belarus have a mutual visa-waiver agreement that entered into force on 25 November 2016. Under it, holders of ordinary (and diplomatic/service) passports may enter, exit, transit, and stay in Belarus without a visa for up to 90 days per calendar year. Unlike Belarus's separate 30-day airport-only visa-free program (which covers a list of 76 countries and does not include Brazil), the bilateral agreement is more generous: it is valid at all border checkpoints (air, land, and rail), not just the designated international airports, and is not restricted by the Russian Federation flight exception that applies to the 30-day scheme. Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended departure and carry proof of sufficient funds, onward/return travel, and accommodation. Belarus requires foreign nationals staying longer than 10 working days to register with the local Citizenship and Migration department or online via the Unified portal of electronic services; hotels typically handle this automatically for guests. The visa-free status was confirmed against the Belarus Ministry of Foreign Affairs and remains current as of 30 May 2026. Belarus is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 rules and ETIAS do not apply. Because Belarus shares an open border arrangement with Russia, travelers should note that crossing the Belarus-Russia land border is not a recognized international checkpoint and should plan entry/exit accordingly.
