🇦🇺澳大利亚(Australia)🇵🇱波兰(Poland)AU-PL 澳大利亚(Australia) 前往 波兰(Poland) 签证要求
Australian ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for short tourist stays in Poland. Poland is in the Schengen Area, so you can visit visa-free for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. ETIAS is not yet required (expected late 2026). Poland is a member of the Schengen Area, and Australia is on the EU's visa-exempt list. As of 31 May 2026, Australian ordinary passport holders can enter Poland and the wider Schengen Area for tourism, business or transit without a visa for up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period. No advance application is needed today: travelers simply arrive with a valid passport. Two upcoming EU systems affect this route. The Entry/Exit System (EES) introduces biometric registration (fingerprints and a facial photo) at external Schengen borders for short-stay non-EU visitors. The European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) will require visa-exempt nationals, including Australians, to obtain a pre-travel online authorisation (cost EUR 20, valid up to 3 years); ETIAS is scheduled to launch in the last quarter of 2026 and is NOT yet operational or accepting applications as of 31 May 2026. Until ETIAS becomes mandatory, no electronic authorisation is required. Passport should be valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended date of departure from the Schengen Area; many sources recommend 6 months' validity and at least two blank pages. The 90-day allowance is cumulative across all Schengen states, not per country.
