Do Australia passport holders need a visa to visit CI?

Australian ordinary passport holders need a visa for Côte d'Ivoire and must obtain it online before travel through the official SNEDAI e-visa portal. The airport e-visa channel is only valid for arrivals by air at Abidjan; travellers arriving by land or sea, or those needing visa categories not offered online, must apply at an Ivorian embassy/consulate. Passports must be valid at least 6 months and a yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for all travellers. Côte d'Ivoire is in West Africa and is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen/ETIAS rules do not apply.
