🇦🇹奥地利(Austria)🇮🇱以色列(Israel)AT-IL 奥地利(Austria) 前往 以色列(Israel) 签证要求
Austrian (ordinary) passport holders do not need a traditional visa for short tourist visits to Israel, but since 1 January 2025 they must obtain an approved ETA-IL (Electronic Travel Authorization) online before travel. It costs NIS 25, is valid up to 2 years for multiple entries, and allows stays of up to 90 days per visit. Austria is on Israel's list of visa-exempt countries, so Austrian citizens travelling for tourism do not require a consular visa. However, Israel launched its mandatory ETA-IL system on 1 January 2025: visa-exempt visitors must hold an approved Electronic Travel Authorization before boarding. The ETA-IL is applied for online, costs NIS 25 (about EUR 7), is electronically linked to the passport, and is valid for up to two years (or until passport expiry) for multiple entries, permitting stays of up to 90 days per visit. Israel is NOT in the Schengen Area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply; entry is governed solely by the ETA-IL and Israeli border control. Travelers should apply at least 72 hours before booking and travel, and final admission remains at the discretion of Israeli border officials.
