🇦🇹奥地利(Austria)🇩🇰丹麦(Denmark)AT-DK 奥地利(Austria) 前往 丹麦(Denmark) 签证要求
No visa is required. As an EU citizen, an Austrian ordinary passport holder enjoys full freedom of movement and can travel to Denmark for tourism with no visa, no ETIAS, and no fixed time limit. Austria and Denmark are both members of the European Union and the Schengen Area. Austrian citizens exercise the EU right to free movement, so an Austrian ordinary passport holder needs no visa to enter Denmark for tourism or any short visit. You may travel using a valid Austrian passport or national identity card. The Schengen 90/180-day rule does NOT limit EU citizens — as an EU national you can stay in Denmark for up to 3 months with no formalities, and beyond 3 months you simply register your residence with the Danish authorities (a free administrative step), retaining the right to remain. ETIAS, the new European travel authorisation expected to launch in late 2026, applies only to visa-exempt non-EU nationals; EU citizens such as Austrians are entirely exempt from it. Note that Denmark, like several Nordic states, has periodically reintroduced temporary internal Schengen border checks, so although no document is legally required to cross from another Schengen state, you should always carry a valid passport or ID card to prove your nationality if asked.
