🇦🇷阿根廷(Argentina)🇷🇼卢旺达(Rwanda)AR-RW 阿根廷(Argentina) 前往 卢旺达(Rwanda) 签证要求
Argentine ordinary passport holders need a visa for Rwanda, but it is easy to obtain. You can apply online for an eVisa (Class V1 visitor visa) through the official Irembo portal before you travel, or get a visa on arrival at Kigali International Airport and major land borders with no prior application required. Either way the cost is USD 50 for a single-entry, 30-day stay. Argentina is not a member of the African Union, Commonwealth, La Francophonie or the East African Community, and it is not on Rwanda's list of 19 visa-free designated countries, so Argentine citizens are not eligible for fee-free or visa-free entry. Instead they fall under Rwanda's standard visa regime. Since 1 January 2018 Rwanda allows citizens of all countries to obtain a visa on arrival without prior application, and it also offers a straightforward online eVisa via the government Irembo portal. The recommended route for most travelers is the online V1 visitor (tourist) eVisa: it costs USD 50 for a single entry, permits a stay of up to 30 days, and typically processes in about three working days, giving you confirmation before departure. The same V1 visa can alternatively be issued on arrival at Kigali International Airport or designated land border posts for the same USD 50 fee, payable in US dollars or by international card. A USD 70 multiple-entry option valid for 90 days is also available. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the travel date with a blank page for endorsement. Frequent travelers to the region may also consider the East Africa Tourist Visa (USD 100), which covers Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya for 90 days.
