🇦🇷阿根廷(Argentina)🇱🇹立陶宛(Lithuania)AR-LT 阿根廷(Argentina) 前往 立陶宛(Lithuania) 签证要求
Argentine ordinary passport holders can visit Lithuania visa-free for up to 90 days within any 180-day period, as Argentina is a Schengen visa-exempt country. No visa is required for short tourist stays as of 2026-05-30. ETIAS authorization is not yet required (expected Q4 2026). Lithuania is a full member of the Schengen Area, and Argentina appears on the EU's list of visa-exempt third countries (Schengen Annex II). This means Argentine citizens holding an ordinary passport do not need a Schengen visa to enter Lithuania for tourism, business, or family visits. They may stay up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period across the entire Schengen Area combined (not 90 days per country). The traveler enters under the visa-free regime and simply presents a valid passport and supporting documents (return ticket, proof of accommodation and funds) at the external border, where a Schengen entry stamp is issued. As of the verification date (2026-05-30), no electronic pre-authorization is required. The European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) is expected to begin operations in the last quarter of 2026, after which Argentine nationals will need to obtain a EUR 7 ETIAS travel authorization before departure; until then, visa-free entry continues with just a passport. The Entry/Exit System (EES) has begun phased rollout from October 2025 and registers biometric data at the border but does not change the visa-free status. Travelers should ensure their passport was issued within the last 10 years and is valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended departure from Schengen.
