🇦🇷阿根廷(Argentina)🇮🇸冰岛(Iceland)AR-IS 阿根廷(Argentina) 前往 冰岛(Iceland) 签证要求
No visa needed. Argentine ordinary passport holders can enter Iceland (a Schengen state) visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. As of 30 May 2026, ETIAS is not yet in force, so no pre-travel authorization is required yet. Argentina is on the EU/Schengen visa-exempt list, and Iceland is a full member of the Schengen Area. An Argentine citizen holding an ordinary passport may therefore travel to Iceland for tourism, business, family visits or transit without a visa, staying up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period across the entire Schengen Area (not just Iceland). Entry remains subject to standard conditions: a passport valid at least 3 months beyond the intended departure and issued within the last 10 years, proof of sufficient funds, accommodation, a return/onward ticket, and travel medical insurance. The European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) will eventually require visa-exempt travelers, including Argentines, to obtain a EUR 7 online authorization before travel. However, ETIAS is scheduled to go live in the last quarter of 2026 (October/November) followed by a transitional period of several months during which it is not strictly enforced. Consequently, as of the verification date of 30 May 2026, ETIAS is NOT yet required and the route is fully visa-free. Travelers should re-check ETIAS status close to departure if traveling in late 2026 or 2027.
