🇦🇷阿根廷(Argentina)🇪🇬埃及(Egypt)AR-EG 阿根廷(Argentina) 前往 埃及(Egypt) 签证要求
Argentine ordinary passport holders need a visa for Egypt, but they qualify for the convenient electronic visa (eVisa) applied for online before travel; a visa on arrival is also available at Egyptian airports. Argentina is on Egypt's list of eVisa-eligible nationalities, so an Argentine ordinary passport holder cannot enter Egypt visa-free but can obtain an e-Visa through the official government portal (visa2egypt.gov.eg) before departure. The single-entry tourist eVisa costs USD 30, is valid for 90 days from issue, and permits one entry with a stay of up to 30 days; a multiple-entry version (USD 65) is valid for 180 days. As an alternative, Argentine travelers may buy a visa on arrival (sticker) at Egyptian ports of entry — the fee rose to USD 30 effective 1 March 2026. The eVisa is the recommended route because it removes uncertainty at the border and avoids airport queues. Egypt is in Africa and is not part of the Schengen Area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. The passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay and contain a blank page for the visa/entry stamps. Most eVisa applications are approved within a few business days; applicants should apply at least a week ahead.
