The same E-Ticket must be filed again for departure. A separate US$20 departure tax is normally already bundled into the air ticket. Through 31 December 2026, the Dominican Republic has relaxed the usual six-month passport-validity rule for tourists from countries including Argentina, allowing entry on a passport valid only for the duration of the stay; travelers should nonetheless carry a passport with comfortable validity to avoid issues with airlines. No advance visa, embassy appointment or pre-payment is needed for a standard tourist trip.
