Do UAE passport holders need a visa to visit UA?

UAE ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for short tourist visits to Ukraine. At the border, foreigners must present a valid passport (valid at least 3 months beyond intended departure, with at least 2 blank pages), valid medical/travel insurance (mandatory), proof of sufficient funds, and documents confirming the purpose of the trip. Active hostilities and missile-attack risk affect the whole country; travel is strongly discouraged by many governments. The visa-free legal status, however, is unchanged.
