Do UAE passport holders need a visa to visit RS?
UAE ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for Serbia. You can enter, transit, and stay visa-free for up to 90 days within any 180-day period for tourism or short visits, under the bilateral visa-waiver agreement in force since 12 May 2019. Citizens of the United Arab Emirates holding an ordinary (national) passport enjoy visa-free access to the Republic of Serbia. Under a bilateral protocol that entered into force on 12 May 2019, holders of UAE ordinary, diplomatic, special, official, and service passports may enter, exit, transit, and stay in Serbia without a visa and free of charge for up to 90 days within any 180-day (6-month) period. The exemption is confirmed by the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Serbia is NOT part of the EU or the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and the EU ETIAS authorization do not apply to entry into Serbia; time spent in Serbia is counted separately from Schengen. Travelers should hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay, enter through an official international border crossing, and be ready to show proof of accommodation, sufficient funds, onward/return travel, and travel health insurance. Overstaying the 90-day allowance is penalized with fines and possible entry bans. For stays longer than 90 days or for work/study, a temporary residence permit must be obtained.
