Do UAE passport holders need a visa to visit PS?

There is no separate "Palestine visa." Entry to the Palestinian territories (West Bank, East Jerusalem) is controlled by Israel, and UAE nationals are visa-exempt for Israel under the 2020 Abraham Accords. Since 1 January 2025 all visa-exempt travelers must obtain Israel's ETA-IL (Electronic Travel Authorization) online before departure. So a UAE ordinary-passport holder needs an approved ETA-IL (not a visa) to enter Israel and reach the West Bank. Palestine does not operate its own visa system. Under international practice and the Wikipedia/IATA "Visa policy of Palestine," the only entry conditions imposed on foreign nationals are those of Israel's visa policy, because Israel controls all major entry points to the West Bank (Ben Gurion Airport and the Allenby/King Hussein Bridge from Jordan). The United Arab Emirates has been on Israel's visa-exemption list since the 2020 Abraham Accords, meaning Emirati citizens do not require a consular tourist visa for Israel. However, effective 1 January 2025, Israel made the ETA-IL (Electronic Travel Authorization) mandatory for every visa-exempt traveler. The ETA-IL is applied for online at the official Population and Immigration Authority portal (israel-entry.piba.gov.il), costs about 25 NIS, is typically approved within minutes to 72 hours, is valid up to 2 years (or until the passport expires) for multiple entries, and permits stays of up to 90 days. On entry the traveler receives a paper entry slip rather than a passport stamp. To reach West Bank cities such as Ramallah, Bethlehem or Jericho, no additional Palestinian Authority visa is required, although travelers entering via the Allenby Bridge may receive a "Palestinian Authority only" entry note. Gaza is effectively inaccessible to ordinary tourists. Because the no-visa channel for UAE nationals depends entirely on Israel's visa-exemption and the new electronic authorization, the most accurate single verdict for a short tourist visit is an ETA (electronic travel authorization), not a full visa and not unconditional visa-free entry.
