Decree No. 10/2023 names the United Arab Emirates among ordinary-passport countries exempt from presenting an entry visa for tourism and business, allows multiple entries for 30 days from first entry, and permits one additional 30-day extension with justification. The same decree requires covered travelers to pre-register on www.evisa.gov.mz at least 48 hours before boarding and pay a 650 MZN processing fee. Travelers should apply through the official eVisa/eTA portal, download and print the preliminary eVisa/eTA approval, and carry it for both boarding and arrival checks. Carry a passport valid at least six months with two blank pages, return/onward travel, accommodation proof, sufficient funds, and a yellow fever certificate if arriving from or transiting for more than 12 hours through a yellow-fever-risk country.
