Do UAE passport holders need a visa to visit HN?
No visa needed — UAE passport holders enter Honduras visa-free for up to 90 days as tourists. United Arab Emirates ordinary passport holders can travel to Honduras visa-free for tourism and short visits. Honduras added the UAE to its visa-exemption list on 25 May 2018, granting a stay of up to 90 days. Important: Honduras is part of the CA-4 Central America Border Control Agreement with Guatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua, so the 90-day allowance is cumulative across all four CA-4 countries within a 180-day period, not 90 days per country. Honduras is not in the Schengen area, so ETIAS does not apply. Passports should be valid for at least three to six months, and travellers should hold a return or onward ticket plus proof of funds and accommodation. Extensions beyond 90 days require an application to Honduras immigration (Instituto Nacional de Migracion).
