Andorran ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourist visits to Vanuatu. Andorra is on Vanuatu's visa-exempt list and travelers receive free tourist entry on arrival for up to 120 days. Citizens of Andorra holding an ordinary passport enjoy visa-free entry to Vanuatu for tourism and family visits. Andorra appears on the Vanuatu Department of Immigration's visa-exempted countries list (alongside most of Europe). Eligible exempt-country travelers can obtain tourist entry on arrival, provided they meet the grant criteria. Vanuatu's official tourist-visa page states the permitted stay is 120 days without the possibility of extension, and the traveler must leave before the 120-day period expires. Visitors must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay, may be asked to show proof of onward/return travel and sufficient funds, and may not undertake any paid, commercial, employment, or business activity on this tourist status. There is no pre-travel eVisa or ETA required for Andorran tourists using the exempt-country route. The 7,420 VUV fee published on Vanuatu's visit page is the application charge for a visitor visa used by non-exempt or formal-application cases, not an extension fee for a standard Andorran tourist arriving visa-free.
