Andorran passport holders need an eVisa to visit Togo. Apply online at the official portal voyage.gouv.tg before travel; visa on arrival was abolished. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for all travelers. Citizens of Andorra holding an ordinary passport require a visa to enter Togo for tourism. Togo has moved entirely to an electronic visa (eVisa) system administered through the national travel portal voyage.gouv.tg, and visa on arrival is no longer issued at any border post (including Lome airport). Only nationals of ECOWAS/CEDEAO member states are visa-exempt; Andorra is not a party to any visa-waiver agreement with Togo, so an eVisa is required. The tourist eVisa is issued for stays of up to 15, 30 or 90 days; the official fee table lists the 16-30 day and 31-90 day tourist visas as multiple-entry products. Standard processing is up to 5 business days, and applications must be submitted at least 5-6 working days before arrival to avoid a late surcharge introduced on 31 December 2023. In addition to the eVisa, all travelers entering Togo must complete the mandatory online immigration declaration form and present a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate (required for everyone aged 9 months and over). The official eVisa guidance requires a passport valid for more than 3 months beyond the requested visa validity; flight reservation/ticket is required for air arrivals, while accommodation proof is strongly recommended rather than a mandatory upload.
