🇦🇩安道尔(Andorra)🇸🇷苏里南(Suriname)AD-SR 安道尔(Andorra) 前往 苏里南(Suriname) 签证要求
Andorran ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourist visits to Suriname of up to 90 days. However, they must pay a mandatory Entry Fee (USD 50 / EUR 50) plus the VFS service fee (USD 8 / EUR 8) online before departure and carry the resulting voucher. This is a visa exemption with a pre-paid entry fee, not an e-visa. Suriname overhauled its entry policy effective 1 May 2023: most nationalities, including Andorra, can enter visa-free for tourism or family visits for up to 90 days. Andorra is not on Suriname's e-visa/visa-required list (which covers about 21 mostly higher-risk nationalities), and it is not a CARICOM member, so the standard rule applies: visa-free entry conditioned on paying a mandatory Entry Fee online before arrival. The Government of Suriname set this Entry Fee at USD 50 / EUR 50 effective 15 May 2024 (up from the earlier USD 25/EUR 25), and the official VFS portal adds a mandatory VFS service fee of USD 8 / EUR 8. The fee is paid through the official VFS/e-services portal, and travelers receive an Entry Fee voucher by email that must be presented on arrival; it is administratively separate from a visa or e-visa and requires no consular decision. Commercial websites market this voucher as a 'Suriname e-Tourist Card,' but it is the same mandatory entry fee. Payment should be completed at least 72 hours before travel. Exemptions from the fee itself apply to CARICOM passport holders and to diplomatic/official/service passports, neither of which applies to an Andorran ordinary passport. Suriname is in South America, not the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS are not relevant to this route.
