安道尔(Andorra) 前往 斯洛文尼亚(Slovenia) 签证要求

Andorran ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa to visit Slovenia. Andorra is on the EU visa-free list (Annex II of Regulation 2018/1806), so you may enter Slovenia and the wider Schengen Area for tourism for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. Uniquely, Andorran nationals are also EXEMPT from ETIAS, so no travel authorization is required either. Slovenia is a full member of the Schengen Area, and Andorra is listed in Annex II of EU Regulation 2018/1806 as a country whose nationals are exempt from the short-stay visa requirement. As a result, an Andorran citizen holding an ordinary passport can travel to Slovenia for tourism or other short visits without a visa, staying up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period across the entire Schengen Area (not per country). All Andorran travelers simply present a passport issued within the previous 10 years and valid at least three months after planned Schengen departure; Andorran nationals may also use the EU/EEA/EFTA passport lanes under their special bilateral relationship with the EU. Importantly, Andorra is one of the few non-EU countries whose nationals are permanently exempt from ETIAS, the European Travel Information and Authorisation System launching in late 2026. This is because of the bilateral arrangement between the EU and the European microstates (Andorra, Monaco, San Marino). Separately, the new EU Entry/Exit System (EES) began phased rollout at Schengen external borders, but official EES guidance says EES does not apply to nationals of Andorra, San Marino, Monaco or the Holy See. No visa fee applies. Travelers should still be ready to show evidence of purpose of stay, sufficient funds, accommodation, and onward/return travel if asked by border officials.
