Andorran ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa to visit Iceland for tourism. They may stay up to 90 days within any 180-day period in the Schengen Area visa-free, and are exempt from ETIAS. Iceland is a member of the Schengen Area, and Andorra is listed in Annex II of Regulation (EU) 2018/1806, so Andorran nationals can enter Iceland and the rest of the Schengen Area for tourism, business, family visits, or transit without a visa. The stay is capped at 90 days within any rolling 180-day period. No advance authorization is required. Andorran citizens are also exempt from ETIAS under official EU guidance. Official EU EES guidance states that nationals of Andorra, Monaco and San Marino and Vatican/Holy See passport holders are outside the Entry/Exit System scope, so Andorran travelers should not be described as needing EES biometric registration in Iceland. Travelers should still carry a valid passport, proof of accommodation, return travel, and sufficient funds, and track the 90/180-day Schengen limit. A dual national traveling on a non-Andorran passport could be subject to different visa, ETIAS, or EES rules.
