🇦🇩安道尔(Andorra)🇮🇱以色列(Israel)AD-IL 安道尔(Andorra) 前往 以色列(Israel) 签证要求
Andorran (AD) ordinary passport holders do not need a traditional visa for tourist visits to Israel, but since 1 January 2025 they must obtain an approved ETA-IL (Electronic Travel Authorization) online before travel. It costs NIS 25, is valid up to 2 years for multiple entries, and allows stays of up to 90 days per visit. Andorra is on Israel's list of visa-exempt countries, so AD ordinary passport holders are not required to apply for a consular tourist visa. However, Israel rolled out its mandatory ETA-IL system (administered by the Population and Immigration Authority, PIBA), which became compulsory for all visa-exempt nationals on 1 January 2025. Before boarding a flight or arriving in Israel, Andorran travelers must obtain an approved ETA-IL via the official PIBA portal. The authorization costs NIS 25 (paid by card), applications can take up to 72 hours, and approval is valid for up to two years (or until the passport expires, whichever comes first) for repeated visits of up to 90 days. Israel is not part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply here. Travelers should carry proof of onward/return travel, accommodation and sufficient funds, and ensure their passport is valid (commonly recommended six months beyond entry). The verdict is "eta": no visa, but a mandatory electronic travel authorization.
