A previously separate US$10 tourist card is now bundled into airline fares for arrivals by air, and a US$20 departure tax is likewise included in air tickets. Travelers need a passport, a return/onward ticket, and proof of sufficient funds. Official tourism guidance states that passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel, except for specific countries granted temporary exemptions through 31 December 2026; Andorra is not named in that exemption list, so Andorran travelers should use the 6-month passport-validity rule. The official stay-extension service lists RD$3,500 for 30-90 days and RD$5,600 for 90-120 days, with a 3-working-day processing time. Because the Dominican Republic is a Caribbean nation, the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS are not relevant here.
