🇦🇩安道尔(Andorra)🇨🇷哥斯达黎加(Costa Rica)AD-CR 安道尔(Andorra) 前往 哥斯达黎加(Costa Rica) 签证要求
Andorran ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for short tourist visits to Costa Rica. Andorra is a Group 1 (visa-exempt) nationality and may stay up to 180 days per entry, granted as an entry stamp on arrival. Andorra is classified by Costa Rica's Dirección General de Migración y Extranjería (DGME) as a Group 1 country, the most privileged category, meaning Andorran ordinary passport holders enter visa-free for tourism. Under DGME Resolution AJ-484-11-2025, effective 17 November 2025, Group 1 nationals may be admitted for up to 180 calendar days, determined at the discretion of the immigration officer at the port of entry. The Group 1 stay is generally non-extendable, but the resolution contains an important exception: travelers granted less than 90 days may request an extension up to a maximum of 90 days. No advance application, eVisa, ETA, or visa-on-arrival is required; travelers simply receive an entry stamp. Entry conditions are light: the passport need only be valid for the duration of the stay (effectively at least one day under the new rules, though carriers and officers commonly expect validity covering the trip), and travelers must show an onward/return ticket and proof of economic means of at least US$100 per month of intended stay. The November 2025 reform refined the four-group system and tightened rules for restricted (Group 3 and 4) nationalities, but did not change Andorra's Group 1 visa-free status. Costa Rica is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to entering Costa Rica.
