🇦🇩安道尔(Andorra)🇧🇾白俄罗斯(Belarus)AD-BY 安道尔(Andorra) 前往 白俄罗斯(Belarus) 签证要求
Andorran ordinary passport holders can enter Belarus visa-free for tourism, staying up to 30 days per visit (90 days max per calendar year). The program is confirmed by official Belarus guidance and extended through 31 December 2026. As of 17 June 2026, citizens of Andorra holding ordinary passports do NOT need a visa for short tourist visits to Belarus. Andorra is on Belarus's unilateral visa-free list for European countries, first introduced from 19 July 2024 and extended by presidential decision through 31 December 2026. Travelers may enter through Belarusian international road and rail border crossings and through international airports, including Minsk National Airport. The maximum stay is 30 days from the date of entry, with a cumulative cap of 90 days per calendar year. Entry requires a valid travel document, a medical insurance policy covering at least EUR 10,000 valid for the whole stay, and proof of sufficient funds (approximately EUR 25, or two base amounts, per day). Foreigners generally must register at their actual temporary stay address within ten days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, unless a treaty or other exception applies; online registration through E-Pasluga is available for arrivals through Belarus border checkpoints, while arrivals from Russia must register in person. The visa-free regime applies only to tourism and short visits; it does not cover work, study, or residence, which require a standard visa. Belarus is NOT in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. An e-visa (E-Pasluga) is available as an alternative channel, but the visa-free route is simpler and recommended for eligible Andorran tourists.
